Upon receipt of the Booking Request, Lamia del Riccio will send you a copy of the Short Term Lease Contract and of the House Rules, which must be signed for acceptance and sent to [email protected] together with the receipt for the deposit payment (or the full cost of the stay in case of reservations within 30 days from the date of arrival).

Deposit: 40% of the rental fee to be paid by bank transfer within 48 hours from the Booking Request Confirmation and upon receiving the Short Term Lease Contract and the House Rules from Lamia del Riccio.

Balance: equal to the remaining 60% of the rental fee to be paid at least 30 days before arrival together with the Security Deposit (Euro 750) and the Cleaning and Final Linen Change Fee (Euro 250).

In case of bookings within 30 days from the date of arrival, the full rental fee, together with the Security Deposit and the Final Cleaning and Linen Change Fee, will be paid in order to confirm the booking.

The Rental Fee does not include the Tourist Tax, equal to 1 Euro / person / day for a maximum of 5 nights, to be paid cash at check-out.

The Security Deposit will be returned within 15 days from the end of the stay, provided no damages have been made to the Property or to its content.

Cancellation penalty:

- from the date of booking to 60 days from arrival: penalty of 40% of the rental fee (100% of the advance payment);

- 59-45 days from the date of arrival: penalty of 70% of the rental fee;

- 44 days - date of arrival: penalty of 100% of the rental fee.

- Security Deposit and Cleaning and Final Linen Change fee always refunded;

- No refund in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure.
